These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bota mobile application (the "App") provided by Bota ("Bota", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What the App provides

The App is a discovery guide that displays information about restaurants, lounges, and other venues in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, including photos, descriptions, sample menus, and general details. This information is provided for general informational purposes only.

No bookings or payments (current version)

The current version of the App does not process reservations, bookings, or payments, and does not form any agreement between you and any venue. Any reference to future booking or payment features describes planned functionality that is not yet available.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep venue information accurate, but details such as hours, pricing, menus, and availability may change and may not always be current. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and you should confirm details directly with the venue.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, and content created by Bota, is owned by Bota and protected by applicable laws. Venue names, logos, and photographs may belong to their respective owners and are used to describe those venues.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bota shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
